We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Merko. The modern room was spotlessly clean and had a great view. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, although there was a bit too much food for just the two of us. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything but still peaceful. The staff, especially Mateos, were incredibly helpful and made our stay unforgettable. we highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities, central location, and amazing staff.

We stayed at this place and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town and the famous bridge. The hotel provided top-notch service, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern interiors and cozy beds. We also loved the view from the terrace on the 7th floor, where we could see the charming white houses of the old town and the castle. Although there was no outdoor seating on the terrace, the windows could be opened, allowing us to enjoy the view.

One minor detail that could be improved is the lack of a glass door for the shower.

Spent a lovely Easter at a hotel in the heart of the city center. Perfect location just steps away from all the sights we wanted to see. The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable with a view that was out of this world. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and gave us plenty of energy to start our day. We enjoyed the free parking just outside the hotel and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Although the hotel was fantastic in many ways, the bathrooms were a bit small and the showers tended to get water all over the floor. The air conditioning could have been better, as it didn't always cool the room as desired.

We had a fantastic stay at Merko in Berat. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town and Gorica Bridge. The modern room, although a bit cramped, had all the amenities we needed. The highlight was the beautiful view from both the breakfast room and our room on the fourth floor. The breakfast offered a variety of options including dairy, eggs, vegetables, marmalade, bread, cake. Easy access by car made exploring the area hassle-free. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The top floor restaurant, with its stunning views of the town, was a definite standout.
